Hello My Beautiful Soul Sisters,
My name is Karina Menezes and I am a plant-based natural chef that cooks with Ayurvedic principles to inspire others to grow a deeper connection to food.
I’m so honored and grateful to be able to to create nourishing meals to elevate your bodies through this amazing retreat. Food has been a big part of my life, and I didn’t realize its power until about 3 years ago. I started my education from the ground up, working in organic farms and was led to cooking in restaurants and now have been traveling and cooking for others in conscious environments trying to put my beliefs to practice.
My passion for food is engraved so deeply in my purpose. Slow cooking helps me put all my energy to heal others through food. Also, I am a huge believer on making things from scratch, with a lot love and intention so that you can feel nourished through every meal.
